Order, Delivery and Exchange Procedure
Procedure: When placing an order, it
is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that all details
supplied in the order are correct & true. Botanical Extracts
cannot accept liability for products sent with errors made by the
ordering party. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders,
either in part or whole. Goods will only be dispatched after full
payment has been received.
Pricing: The prices quoted on
this website are in Australian dollars $AUS and are GST inclusive,
unless your login is country specific in which case the prices and
any local taxes identified will be quoted in a currency applicable
for that country.
and Handling Charges: For orders within Australia
and New Zealand, there is a A$10 delivery and handling charge on
all orders up to $100. Orders within Australia and New Zealand over
A$100 are entitled to free delivery. Botanical Extracts delivers
anywhere in the world. All overseas orders are sent by air
and are subject to an additional $10 delivery and handling charge
(total A$20) up to A$200 order value. Overseas orders over A$200
are entitled to free delivery.
Delivery Time: Orders should be delivered
within 3-5 days of receipt of order, payment & advice of
correct information relating to the products required and delivery
address. Delivery time may also be affected by the size or
complexity of your order, the delivery location. An estimate for
delivery can be requested before or after making an order.
Botanical Extracts relies on third Party delivery systems such as
Australia Post for delivery and unfortunately delays may occur that
are beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for
Exchanging Items: If a product ordered from
Botanical Extracts website is found to be broken or faulty upon
receipt, it can be returned for exchange within 14 days of the
purchase date. This is the only reason goods will be
exchanged. The goods must be in their original unused form, have a
valid receipt and a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Exchanges
are only valid for goods purchased. The customer must also pay
return freight charges. Please contact our customer service line on

procedure is unclear.
Exchange your goods:
- Send an
e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
describing the fault or problem condition of the goods and we will
assess that e-mail and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number
(RAN), based on that assessment. We will provide you with address
details of where to send your return with that RAN. You must pack
the goods at least as well as they were packed when they were
originally dispatched to you and include the issued RAN with your

goods to the return address provided, with your RAN clearly
displayed, both outside and inside the original packaging, within
10 days of the RAN being issued.
